The innovation of FRS 2.0 is rooted in CHASS College Computing (C3) technology team of the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences of University of California, Riverside (UC Riverside). FRS 2.0 has been deployed as an enterprise system for managing various facilities in UC System-wide and other universities. C3Tech, Inc. has been continuously developing FRS and making it available to customers around the United States.
