Q: Can you explain the structure of the FRS 2.0?
The FRS 2.0 starts with an organization which has the desire to manage its various facilities. Each organization manages its facilities by begining the software setup process by entering Facility Units into the system. Each Facility Unit will have a number of facilities which can have unique properties and be managed individually.
Q: What is a "Facility Unit,""Facility," and "Group Facility"?
A Facility Unit is an entity that manages the Facility. A Facility is a physical room that requires reservation for use. A Group Facility is a combination of up to 4 adjacent Facilities to form a larger Facility by removing the removable walls.
Q: How many Facilities may I have for a Unit?
A unit can have any reasonable number of Facilities.
Q: Can I have more than one Facility Manager to manage a Facility?
Yes.
Q: Can I have more than one Accounting Manager to manager a Facility billing?
Yes.
Q: Can a Facility/Accounting Manager manage multiple Units?
Yes.
Q: How many types of Facilities can FRS 2.0 support?
FRS 2.0 supports both chargeable and non-chargeable Facilities.

Yes. As long as Facility Managers have Internet access, they can manage their responsible Facilities anywhere and anytime.
Q: Can a Facility User change repeatable or grouping reservations?
Yes. He/she can use the reservation confirmation number and e-mail address to change his/her reservations.
Q: Can a Facility User check his/her reservation request status without contacting the Facility Manager?
Yes. He/She can use the reservation confirmation number plus e-mail address to chek the status.
Q: Can a Facility Manager receive a reminder when a reservation is made?
Facility Managers can elect to receive e-mail reminder.
Q: My organization has unique facilities, can FRS 2.0 support them?
The FRS software is capable of managing a variety of facilities and supports a broad range of configuration options as well as custom reservation questions, usage agreements, cancelation policies and more.

All reservations in the FRS 2.0 are treated as requests until they are approved or denied by a Facility Manager. This prevents unauthorized users from reserving a room without prior authorization and payment. The Facility Managers can also issue access codes to their authorized users to prevent unnecessary access.
