1. The facility user group (requestors) who reserves the facilities with following functions:

2. The facility management group who manage/customize the facilities with following tools:

• Search reservations
  
  
3. The accounting management group who manage and processes billing for the facilities with the following tools:
   
   
• Manage payments
  
  
• Search payments
  
  
• Generate reports
