Facility Manager:
Manage New Requests
After login, facility manager may use the tools tab for “Manage New Requests” to manage the new requests for all login-ed facility manager managed facility on the “Manage Reservation Requests” page. There are three types of requests (NEW REQUEST, CANCELLATION REQUESTS, CHANGE REQUESTS) listed on the “Manage Reservation Requests” page from “Manage New Requests”:
- Manage new requests from table by clicking “Confirmation No.” link.

- Show the detailed request information in the “Request Approval” page with all the approval related attributes and operation buttons."
- Manager may choose one operation button from the operation button options.

- The facility user will receive an e-mail notification from FRS facility manger for the decision on the reservation (approval, deny, or more information needed).
