Facility Users:

Retrieve Confirmation Number

Facility user group may retrieve confirmation number from FRS 2.0 user interfaces through the "Retrieve Confirmation Number” tab.

1. On C3Tech web site, click on the FRS tab and select the institution to bring up the FRS 2.0 application. Or, you can go to your bookmarked URL for FRS 2.0 on your browser.
   
   
2. Click on "Retrieve Confirmation Number tab to to to Retrieve Confirmation Number page. Enter all required information and click on Search button.
