Facility Manager:

View Schedule

After login, facility manager may use the tools tab for “View Schedule” to view the schedules. There are four types of operations from “View Schedule”:

Schedule View

  1. View selected facility through facility name drop-down.

  2. View specified starting date from date selector to select a weekly view starting date.

  3. View the facility schedule from date navigation tools.

    3.1 “Today” for starting from current day;

    3.2 “One day” forward from current day;

    3.3 “One week” forward from current day;

    3.4 “One day” backward from current day;

    3.5 “One week” backward from current day;

  4. View print friendly version of the schedule from clicking the top link "Print Friendly Version."
